Main Issues: The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations are one of the ‘Six Pack’ sets of regulations of 1992 that the Authority wished to consider as part of their governance role in respect of health and safety at work. The Authority’s requirements were outlined in Paper HR08/32 on the Governance of Health and Safety and agreed on 21 November 2008. This report seeks to meet those requirements and to outline the legislative requirements against which the Health and Safety Executive will examine the Constabulary.
