The Monitoring and Audit Committee agreed the performance ‘framework’ and the component performance indicators for the 2010/11 financial year at its meeting on 4 December 2008 (Paper MA09/48 refers). These will now be included in the Three Year Plan. This paper proposes performance targets for 2010/11 for those indicators and also provides contextual information relating to previous performance, the Most Similar Force Group (MSG) performance and results from public consultation (see Appendix A).
